What We Collect

We do not use analytics, advertising trackers, or marketing cookies. Most utilities run entirely in your browser and do not send your content to external services.

The hub contact form stores the name, email address, and message you choose to submit so your message can be reviewed and answered.

Basic protective checks may be used to reduce spam and abuse in the contact form. We do not use this information to identify visitors personally.

Browser Storage

Some tools may use your browser storage to keep local preferences or content. For example, the Web Notepad stores notes locally until you delete them or clear browser storage, and some tools can remember small display or editing preferences when you enable those options.

Visit Counting

We use a private visit counter to understand which pages and utilities are accessed. Counts are stored only as aggregated totals by page and date.

A visit may be counted once per browsing session to help understand basic site usage. This does not identify you personally.

Utility Feedback

Some utilities may ask whether the tool was useful. Feedback is optional and is used only to understand which tools need improvement.

Basic protective checks may be used to reduce repeated automated feedback. These checks are not used to personally identify visitors.

Uploaded Files

Utilities that need server processing, such as media conversion or media cutting tools, temporarily receive the files you choose to upload. Files are used only to complete the requested operation.

Temporary uploaded and generated files become eligible for cleanup after 2 hours and are removed on the next cleanup cycle. Download links are created only so you can retrieve the result of your requested process.

Daily Usage Limits

Some heavier server-side tools use a daily limit to reduce abuse and keep the service available. To apply that limit, Nexus may use a small browser cookie with a random browser identifier.

This limit is used only to protect service availability. It does not store your name, email, uploaded files, file contents, contact messages, or browsing history.

Technical Error Logs

If a server-side tool fails, Nexus may store limited technical error information to help diagnose and fix the problem. Error logs are used only for maintenance and do not include uploaded files, file contents, or generated output files.

How We Use Data

Data is used only to run the utility you selected, preserve browser-local choices you explicitly make, apply daily usage limits, save technical error logs for maintenance, or review contact messages submitted through the hub form.

We do not sell personal data, share it for advertising, or build user profiles.

Your Choices

You can clear local browser data at any time from your browser settings. In tools with save options, disabling the option removes the locally saved data controlled by that utility.

If you need help with a contact message you previously submitted, you can send a new message through the hub contact form.

Security Note

Nexus Web Utilities is built to reduce unnecessary data handling, but no online or browser-based tool can be guaranteed to be risk-free. Only upload files you are comfortable processing in this environment.
